Q. What if I
have to cancel from a camp-- can I get my money back?
REFUND POLICY
A. If you cancel
seven (7) days prior to a camp, you will be issued a
refund minus the $30.00 non-refundable deposit when you
receive you written request. With less then 7 days
notice, no refund will be issued. If you cancel due to
illness or a family emergency, the 7-day notice is not
required. You will receive a full refund after we
receive a written request, (we need the request in
writing for the business office.)
Q. Are the
grades listed for the camps this school year or next
year?
A. The grades
listed are the grades the students will be entering in
the fall of 2007. A senior this year would be grade 13!
Q. How will I
know I got into a camp?
A. You will
receive a confirmation statement form the Camping
Office. The Camping Office will notify you if you are on
a waiting list. If this is the case, the Camping Office
will suggest other camp experiences you may enjoy.
